The Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences was one of the founding Faculties at the University, and is strongly committed to the goal of achieving international excellence. Successful partnerships with industry is an important component of this goal. The School of Humanities is one of three Schools in the Faculty.
About the SchoolOur 45 full-time academic staff have broad interests ranging over five Disciplines. The School has approximately 2,200 students, of which 4% are Higher Degree by Research students and 2% are international students. What We Can OfferBusiness Expansions into Foreign Markets We can provide language and culture courses for staff who will be working in foreign countries: Professional Development and Postgraduate Training We can develop postgraduate courses to meet the needs of industry and government, and welcome the opportunity to meet the training needs of your staff. Commissioned Histories The Centre for Western Australian History can be commissioned to write a history of your organisation. Research on a Specific Topic Through Cooperative Education for Enterprise Development (CEED), you can link with our researchers via their undergraduate and postgraduate students to research a topic of interest to you. |
